Yes. Rest is important for your body and mind to repair and decompress. Getting adequate amount of z's is very important to your over all health as well.

I would expect it's more of a challenge for you to find times for rest, juggling school, family, etc. Taking time for yourself is a way to re-balance, prioritize, and focus your time and energy. And those z's as lsurpren notes- critical to our well-being.
