Running Every Day
description:
From January 14, 2007 until April 3, 2008, I had a running streak in which I ran at least 1.25 miles every day. I stopped the streak because my original goals was only to go for a year & I was tired. But I missed the motivation that the streak gave so I started it up.
This time my plan is to go for 1001 days in a row. Not sure if I'll quit at day 1001 but that's the goal. I'm already on day 385 and I average ~4 miles a day.
To stay motivated for a running streak I do the following.
1. Write down all my miles
2. Put on running clothes even when I don't feel like it
3. Schedule my workouts
4. Record a journal of what the workout was like on my blog
